Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-08-23
By using DiagBench you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
The tools are provided “as is”
DiagBench provides free diagnostic tools for informational purposes. They are offered without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that a test will detect every defect, or that a result is definitive.
Not professional advice or measurement
Our tools help you observe and interpret display behavior; they are not calibrated instruments. A browser cannot measure physical panel defects or true color accuracy. Do not rely on a DiagBench result as the sole basis for a warranty claim, purchase, sale, or repair decision — always confirm with the manufacturer, retailer, or a qualified technician, and document physical defects by photographing the actual screen with a second device.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DiagBench and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its results, including any decision you make about a device. You use the tools at your own risk. In particular, the optional stuck-pixel fixer displays rapidly changing colors; use it responsibly and heed the photosensitivity warning.
Acceptable use
Use DiagBench for its intended purpose — testing your own or a client’s displays. Don’t attempt to disrupt the site, misuse it, or scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others.
Intellectual property
The site’s design, text and original test patterns belong to DiagBench. Product names and trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners; we are not affiliated with them.
Third-party links
Some pages link to third-party sites or products, which may include paid affiliate links. We aren’t responsible for the content or policies of external sites.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
