What’s helpful to include

• Which tool you were using and what happened.
• Your device and browser — e.g. “Windows 11, Chrome” or “iPhone, Safari.”
• For a display issue, the result from the relevant test and, if possible, a photo of the physical screen taken with another device.

Feature requests

We prioritize tools that are genuinely useful and can run entirely in the browser with no server. If there’s a screen test you wish existed, tell us — that feedback shapes what we build next.

A note on device support

We can’t offer individual repair advice or diagnose specific hardware faults over email, but the What to do next page covers how to document a defect and approach a warranty claim.
